      Pros

      Profit sharing/stock options. Great benefits, nice work culture with chance to move up

      Cons

      Only con is that base salary is low - it is designed for people to stay long term to get the stock ownership over 4 years.

      Some of my coworkers were great but that's about it lol

      Cons

      In order to succeed you need to be a workaholic. They say they promote a healthy work/life "balance" but then encourage you to work overtime. My boss would bring her laptop with her on vacation and then was rewarded for it -- if you weren't an overachiever, you weren't seen as a good employee. Pay is not good compared to how much they expect from you and other companies - they pay overtime but account for that in your salary. IT guy is really mean & they should really hire an HR person rather than have the CFO handle all of that
