First, I want to say that I can’t speak for everyone, nor do I claim to. This review is based solely on my own personal experience at the company and my opinions of it based on my experience. Just because I’ve had an incredible time working here, doesn’t mean you will or that everyone has. That would be naïve to think and ignorant to claim. If you’re reading these reviews to try and gauge what your experience would be like with the company if you decide to apply / accept a job offer here, then my advice is this: go with your gut. Other people’s opinions are biased. If you want to work here it must be for a reason so even if you spend only a year or so working here, it won’t be time wasted. Take every experience as a learning experience, and leave it at that. The worst thing you can do is let other people’s opinions (who aren’t you) affect your decisions, because at the end of the day you’re the only person who knows what’s right for you. Competitive compensation and good job security if you’re a good worker. The company seems to have a good sense of who to hang on to and who to let go at any given time. It’s all about showing your value. It’s really no different from any other job for practically any other industry. Show your worth or don’t let the door hit you on the way out. It’s reasonable but of course people will complain.
