Pros

They kept every promise they made me during the initial interview and frankly have completely blown them out of the water. What I appreciate most about working here is the fact they have a true open-door policy. If you need to talk to a manager, they’re always available. It gave me peace of mind to know that I can rely on the higher ups to be there should I ever need them.

Cons

Sometimes you may take on projects that are a pain in the butt to work on.

Pros

The most employee centric company I’ve ever worked for. They focus a lot of their resources on building the culture. Many of the employees here are young and hungry for success so if you’re allergic to a high energy environment you might want to pass this one up. Many ways to socialize and relax during the work day with a ping pong table, coffee, snacks and even alcohol after work hours. All free. They know how to take care of their people here.

Cons

Sometimes work can be a little tedious. Nothing too bad though.

Pros

Management genuinely cares about the staff. This isn’t one of those churn and burn companies where employees are treated like numbers to be discarded when they’ve reached their limit. While employees are required to give 110% management will never give you more than you can handle. If I could give this company more stars than five stars I would in a heartbeat!

Cons

Technomics moves at a mile per minute. It can be difficult to keep up.
