Flexible hours allow you to balance your personal life. There is a huge scope to learn new skills based on your area of interest. I also appreciate the relationship-building aspect. Overall, it fosters a healthy work culture.

Cons

Work from home is possible still they don’t allow. Current manager and TL is understanding.
