The engineers here are genuinely smart—a lot of them from big tech, PhDs, people who get both the tech and the business. Conversations with them are engaging, and you can actually talk to leadership when you need to.
Cons
If you want to work on legit AI problems with smart people and don't mind operating without a net sometimes, it's great. If you need stability and everything mapped out, look elsewhere.
