Dear Employee Thank you so much for your review! We are pleased to know about all the good things you have mentioned about your experience but we take your negative feedback with seriousness too. -We have been working hard on forming a strong HR Team in 2018 which you might have seen and will continue to see in 2019. This will help in closing any loops which need to be filled by HR. Its on priority for us as a company. -Any non-transparency which you felt may not have been intentional. We saw the need to bring in more transparency and started 'lunch and learn' to be held at regular intervals. I hope you were able to attend one of those sessions. If you have further feedback on this, please do share with HR. -As we are still a bit small at the moment but growing (and hiring) at a fast pace, we are definitely working on developing and improving all the basic things one by one. I hope you are already seeing the results. Last but not the least, I'd like to ensure that we want to believe in our employees. I apologise if you felt otherwise and suggest that you discuss the matter with your supervisor/manager or HR as its tough to say much without having enough context on the matter on this platform.
