Business Outlook
Pros
1. Flexible work hours since I work remotely. I can take personal breaks whenever needed (don't have to punch in for every break I take). 2. Full support on creativity, whatever my ideas are (however big or small), I can freely share with my manager.
Cons
The only 'not-a-happy' thing I have experienced as a remote employee is the minimal team (inter-dept) interactions, apart from the hiring time.
