Politics You get kicked out of you question the management You get kicked out if you hurt the ego of the management You get kicked out irrespective of the dedication you show towards your work During trouble, the management will blame everything on the developers and backout Developers get blamed for the wrong decisions taken by the management One lame in house project that has been under development for years and we basically generate revenue for it's development. Zero transperancy Zero work life balance Management thinks we owe our lives to them just because they pay us.
