      - Great Early Exposure - Great Energy - High Diversity in Projects - Ability to changes teams and work on other things - Great chances to be promoted with good performance

      - Management can be poor - subpar technical practices - Certain leads can stifle growth - Lack of trust from leadership

      Pros

      I was able to meet some talented people and build connections during my time here. I still wouldn't recommend working here to anyone, though.

      Cons

      Hard work doesn't matter here because of how biased the leadership is! They keep on rewarding mediocrity, simply because of their connections/personal relationship to them, while completely ignoring hardworking and talented workers! Their blatant shows of favoritism have led employees to feel demoralized, and have even pushed a few of them to leave Techolution, with me being one of them.

      Blatant favoritism and preferential treatment terribly affect employee morale! Employees are unhappy, work culture is toxic and leadership is terrible! Nothing to like about to be honest.
