      Pros

      No micromanagement-if your work is good and you are communicative then you are trusted. Easy to take time for doctors appointments, etc. Honest feedback is welcomed, even if it isn't what people want to hear.

      Cons

      Can sometimes extend beyond "normal" 9-5. Mostly at your discretion though.
