Management and the client relationship is really a strong Pro .Customer first attitude and project dedication is a key to techolution success. As a company it gives flexibility to work from home , unlike any other company .

Cons

MNC culture ,Employee Benefits and Insurance. Diversified projects exposure to new technology innovations is lacking.
