Pros

The people are absolutely great. Talented engineers in all divisions. Consumer Products Team (garden hose) were wonderful to work with and super knowledgeable.

Cons

There's infighting among the different divisions. There's also infighting between plants and corporate. Leadership in corporate procurement is particularly weak.
