Pros

Coworkers are Great, and they Try to foster a family like atmosphere. The PMs try to care about you as an individual. Remote flexibility due to COVID is wonderful.

Cons

No bonuses, barely any upward mobility, Favortism. Jobs are contractual in nature, due to dealing with the US Government, and certain positions are temporary. Not the best onboarding training also.
