1. Danaher, Fortive did not understand how to leverage Tektronix Engineering strengths into businesses for the 21st Century. They instead hired Generic leaders and focused on pedigree (Top 5 MBA graduates) as opposed to Industry knowledge. 2. Danaher, a process driven company, did not have the ability to structure the company for expanding into new markets. 3. Fortive drove the process even harder by focusing on using poor performance reviews/ratings for Senior Engineers and Managers as a slimy and cowardly way to reduce labor expenses.

Worked in the service department for a short time. Cut-throat environment, ran by people with serious character issues. Management incompetent, harasses, demands productivity. Most new hires don't stick around.
