      Pros

      Working with great highly qualified people. Exposure to cutting edge technologies. Work is interesting and challenging. Typically, direct first-level managers are good. Very nice campus and facilities.

      Cons

      Weak leadership from the general manager and up levels. Employees have no real confidence in the decisions upper level management is making.

      Get to work on some of the latest and greatest technology

      Management fails to communicate vision or plans with employees. Layoffs typically happen every year. Management makes very questionable decisions without consulting teams.
