      Pros

      Friendly work environment, company is small enough for you to make a significant impact. Good benefits like health insurance and profit sharing.

      Cons

      Feels a little understaffed, deadlines slip often, work is often stressful. A lot of people have been there a long time and are resistant to change.

      Small organization so smaller teams and more cohesiveness among the team members. Lots of engagement and fun at work activities

      Cons

      No visibility to career growth. No role change possibility. No onsite role. Some basic facilities are limited here unlike other IT co.

      It was a good experience overall. I learned that technical skills are not only the main things you need to have to success in a rapidly growing work space. It's important to have the interpersonal skills as well. We were used to have lots of meetings in which we share ideas and create plans
