      Pros

      Is still a good brand in instrument business.

      Cons

      Management team members change frequently, lead to that the policy is not consistent. Focus on short term profit and good 'numbers' too much, doesn't care too much about long term strategy.

      Pros

      Now that they've acquired Sypris and Davis Calibration there are multiple locations across the company.

      Cons

      They want to work their employees to death with mediocre pay. More importantly, they have unrealistic expectations for their goals, and they are unwilling to spend the money to equip their personnel to get the job done.
