Pros

Great company culture and salary above industry standards

Cons

Limited growth opportunities in terms of promotions and terribly slow R&D. Barely any new products introduced into the market in the past few years while competitors are accelerating.

Pros

Pay is beneficial if in Sales, otherwise it's ok-to-poor. Basic-to-poor performance is tolerated so long as they don't disagree with leadership; so if you know how to keep your head down you're probably safe, no matter your performance ability & aptitude.

Cons

Leadership team have very little experience in the industry, and do not possess the technical expertise nor business acumen to navigate the customer and competitive landscape. This is evidenced by the past few real NPIs being DOA products, and "DRA" being the only 'solution' to issues which require more sophisticate responses/remedies. Plenty of 'kaizen' events have the data twisted to fit the narrative of the VP(s) leading the event: plenty of 'sweep it under the rug and hope nobody looks too hard'. The 'boys club' is very much in play within the upper leadership. Hotel room parties are now commonplace at annual kickoff events, usually hosted by VPs. New VPs hired based on LinkedIn experience as a VP of a much smaller company which realistically is a Junior Sales Manager role (blind leading the blind). Little to no interview process or vetting. Hiring of other management roles is based on whether the leading VPs knows them (hiring old friends rather than the most qualified candidates).
