Horrible if you do not own a house in BLR, and have returned from the USA

Nothing, there is no work opportunity here, if I have to see a pro, I would say that if you want to enjoy life without work, and be paid for free, then this is THE place for you. But mind you, if you get unemployed by any chance, then you have absolutely no value anywhere

1. Weird rules 2. There is an untold rule, which they disclose only once you enter: "If you do not own a house in Bangalore, and are not committed to staying in Bangalore, and being a South India, then you will be given secondary treatment, you will not be given work, and you will continue being a secondary citizen unless you buy a house in Bangalore, and show committment to adopt everything South Indian". Sounds weird, but it is a reality 3. Management indulges in so called management games, people talk in code language, and you are asked to decipher it like a puzzle, and make sense out of indirect talks - they call it a game to make you mentally tough, what crap! The basic rule of good communication is that it should be clear concise, and direct, indirect talk is only going to cause loss of confidence in person, and his intentions 4. There is no work that you can showcase outside. There is entry path to enter Tektronix India, but no Exit path 5. I had returned back from the USA, which I had thought I had done for good, but it turned out that it was for a disaster! I was teased, and called bad names for being so called impractical to have returned back to India after studying in the USA. They cut my appraisal points, and made it an improvement area, for the same in my first appraisal. How ridiculous is it!
