      Decent pay OK benefits OK work-life balance

      Little to no training Managers are not interested in developing the skills of their direct-reports Lack of collaboration Lack of career advancement More focussed on financial and efficiency goals than product quality Heavyweight procedures in place to track problems that are somewhat pointless and mindless

      Pros

      Pay is decent and the work never stops...lots of customers to provide services for. There are multiple disciplines to learn. They pay for your education and there are multiple locations to move to.

      Cons

      Upper management unfamiliar with industry. Too focused on financial goals and unachievable production goals in an industry where quality is king. Doesn't care about employee opinions, very authoritarian.
