      -Many smart and talented engineers, including some of the pioneers in the scopes/test-and-measurement industry -Predictable 9-5 hours

      Cons

      -Management is focused on iteration rather than innovation -Top-heavy organization with relatively low chance of advancement -Culture of complacency in certain product groups -Compensation is below market average

      Pros

      Now that they've acquired Sypris and Davis Calibration there are multiple locations across the company.

      Cons

      They want to work their employees to death with mediocre pay. More importantly, they have unrealistic expectations for their goals, and they are unwilling to spend the money to equip their personnel to get the job done.
