      Great name and heritage. Company is living on its past

      Cons

      Absolutely horrendous senior management and sales management. Used to be an honor to work for Tektronix. Lack of investment in product development and cookie cutter managers with short term objectives have ruined this company.

      tek is a gem in oregon, everyone is very nice to work with, incredible legacy and history.

      Cons

      President, Tami, has no clue how to run a company - only cares about the softer side of leadership, no focus on growth, financial performance. Several lay-offs, budget cuts, make tek a sad place to work. even took away coffee and janitor service to save money.
