      Pros

      Plenty of field experts left to mentor new engineers Challenging work that won't bore you Enough old Tektronix employees left to make the experience pleasant Plenty of turnover (engineers leaving) to make room for younger upward mobility

      Cons

      Tektronix is owned by Fortive Some upper management do not have a clue how to run a high tech company Too much talent allowed to walk out the door to maintain current products while designing new products

      Pros

      Good people to work with, flexible schedule, employment program is good. Learn a lot from other employees

      Cons

      Management is focus on making themselves look good, not focus on employees and their opinions. If you are not an "ALPHA" they will push at a side and labeled you as weak. No much for training and don't follow up on their words. Their culture and values are not followed.
