Pros
The pay is above average, the culture is the type that they ignore issues until there's no choice but to address them.
Cons
Their products are built outside of the USA, with cheap materials with huge profit margins, They take products out of market and don't release replacement, The quality standards are on a constant decline, it's really hard to sell a product that doesn't work and is overpriced for little value. They keep increasing prices for mediocre products which is just going to limit their ability to gain market share. A lot of the people working at Tektronix, have such a poor work ethic, that they're unemployable outside of the company. I know about 15 people that have left the company in the last 4 months.
