      Pros

      Understanding managers as well as a lot of opportunities to gain new skills and tackle interesting problems.

      Cons

      Not much support from higher up, sometimes only thinks about problems as they arise instead of trying to anticipate them making it stressful at times. Pay isn't especially high.
