      Pros

      Pay is decent and the work never stops...lots of customers to provide services for. There are multiple disciplines to learn. They pay for your education and there are multiple locations to move to.

      Cons

      Upper management unfamiliar with industry. Too focused on financial goals and unachievable production goals in an industry where quality is king. Doesn't care about employee opinions, very authoritarian.

      Pros

      At my location flexibility in work schedule has been a great advantage. I set my own pace for my work and so long as my work is completed on time I am allowed to work at my pace.

      Cons

      Limited increases in pay. Limited advancement opportunity or growth within the company. Little to no support from management.

      Large company with decent benefits including major medical, dental, vision and corporate discounts.

      Cons

      High expectations with not enough resources. Poor overall corporate organization. Company has "acquired" many of its competitors for better or worse.
