Massive historical campus and name and assembly line with great tools for getting work done. Potential to create prodigy's on site and new products that change the worlds electronics test atmosphere.

Cons

Top heavy. No acknowledgement of achievements. 5 Managers per 2 engineers per 1 technician for assembly line is hilarious and depressing. When you see no new products from a company that used to make a new product every 6 months. No product testing after production causes massive workloads for other side of the factory. And causes customers to be the ultimate product testers which is not fair or right. Also goes against the companys customer pledge.
