      Pros

      Had some of the best corporate culture I had ever worked with. They are huge in growth mindset, teamwork, and making sure their employees are happy.

      Cons

      When issues arise, HR struggles to work as an arbitrator equally for both sides, they lean more towards management. It would have been helpful to work through issues then have doors shut.
