Benefits are decent. Campus is very pretty.

Cons

I've ruminated for last 3 years about posting about my experience at Tektronix. I feel almost traumatized in ways. Tektronix treats people like temps. There is No investment in careers of employees nor of future of business. Short term vision decision making. Hostile management style. Everyone is on edge, sarcastic and negative. Not a good place for personal growth or career growth. Left me feeling hollow when I left like I had been walking amongst zombies. I'd never suggest to anyone that they should accept a position here unless I really didn't like them.

1. Work life balance is good. 2. Has good work culture and people are very supportive.

Cons

1. Not many learning opportunities 2. If your target is to gain knowledge in various technologies then it will be very hard to do it here as you'll have limited exposure to technology stack. 3. If you want to settle then this is the company you should go for.

Cons

Absolutely horrendous senior management and sales management. Used to be an honor to work for Tektronix. Lack of investment in product development and cookie cutter managers with short term objectives have ruined this company.
