      Pros

      At Tek I am fully empowered to do my job and trusted to know how to get things done. I am given the tools, resources and support I need, but ultimately given the time, space and responsibility to do what I need to. I have been impressed with the investment in my role and the welcoming nature of everyone I have met.

      Cons

      There is a certain resistance to changing things too much from the old Tek way. Leadership is trying to change that, but some employees are resistant. I have no concerns with being a part of this shift and focus on the future of the company.

      Got paid well, but the work seemed pointless

      Pros

      It was very laid back, I got paid well. Many people stay longer than 10 years here. Not a pro or con but the team was old, the average age was around 55.

      Cons

      The products looked dated, I didn't do much, felt like I was wasting my time and their's.
