      Telcom Construction is really good at the following: - Promoting employees that are eager to learn - Pay well and according to the level of experience - Provide training and support to employees for their own growth

      - Better develop the middle managers and first level supervisors that are new to the role so that they can better support the development of others while growing in their own role.
