Pros

The company is like a big family, we’re all looking out and helping each other. The hours are great and we can have as much overtime as we want. We’re always busy and in the year and half that I’ve been here we’ve never been laid off. There’s plenty of room for even someone who’s never done this type of work to come and grow within the company.

Treat you like family, then stab you in the back. Promised payment, then retracted offer. Total " good old boys club"
