      Too much talk and politics, less execution

      - Smart coworkers at the IC level - Remote friendly

      Cons

      - Management is a total waste of space here... it's been this way for many years.. - Little/no recognition for execution - You're drowning constantly in management layers, with little to no visibility, leaving only a select few with opportunities for advancement - Never ending re-orgs - You think a re-org finished and you're good to go with new structure for next 2 years, think again.. in 6 months time, it's a game of musical chairs again - Little/no training opps - Management doesn't care about your career here.. they care about theirs and theirs alone.

      They offer good healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      They hired 4 people for less pay and laid-off 2 tenured people, due to budget cuts. Not sure how paying 4 people verses 2 makes any sense. No job stability at Teladoc.
