      Pros

      Once upon a time before too many acquisitions; the culture was honest and fair, the pay and benefits were worth the work.

      Cons

      As of yesterday, anyone that filed an ethics complaint, took part in ethics violation interviews or complained to managers or HR regarding the unprofessional behavior of managers AND/or directors were let go, already replaced by newly hired staff in Poland and India.

      Team was collaborative, creative and driven Middle managers are connected and care Mission driven industry working with like minded stakeholders Good work life balance Average benefits, but healthcare insurance is expensive given they we are in the healthcare experience If you manager likes you, you will be given more career opportunities

      Cons

      Company bonus is tied to employee survey results which is going to lead to false results Executive leadership is not connected to the teams in middle management down Too many changes and directional changes Too focused on numbers and not the people Unclear vision and silos within the larger team A lot of bureaucracy and political driven decisions Career development lacks luster and direction and promotions given based on manager discretion and not subnational data or perception from larger team Unstable team with lay off and hiring being moved off shore

      Quarterly bonus Work from home Good starting pay

      Cons

      Management, workforce is horrible. You accumulate points so fast here people do not last long. A simple system issue can cause you to get a point. They also had no empathy when I got COVID right around when it first started. Invest your time elsewhere
