Cons

Stuck up management, backstabbing, nepotism, minorities are all call center employees, with upper management being Caucasian.

There are really no pros for working at this company.

Cons

Some of the management staff on the Best Doctors side is very incompetent and lack professionalism. Most were put into place because of who they knew not because they are qualified. They talk a good game and can cover up their unethical practices and behavior quite well!
