Teladoc Health is an exciting, growing company that provides access to virtual healthcare globally. Being in this industry at the tipping point of adoption is very exciting. Teladoc Health compensates fairly, provides good work-life balance, and is flexible about working from home. No micromanaging. Smart colleagues.

Cons

Maintain a US-centric mentality. They do not take advantage of existing knowledge, experience, skill and loyalty of existing employees to develop and promote from within. Management didn't support or communicate newly developed role to align with the team, setting the role up for failure. A lot of talk about transparency but don't live up to the promise.

Employees can be terminated on the last day of the month, with the one-month notice period starting immediately, leaving very little time to prepare or secure a new job. There are also limited opportunities for career growth and internal advancement.

Good WLB because the company is so poorly run you don't typically have to work very hard. You get paid well for not doing very much.

Cons

The company is disorganized, the stock is in the gutter, the company is not innovating and your schedule will be bogged down by pointless meetings that managers schedule to feel like they're adding value.
