      The company is dedicated to improving healthcare access for everyone, making it easier for patients to receive care remotely

      Cons

      I often felt disconnected and unsupported due to the lack of engagement from the onshore QA Manager. She mostly attends meetings just to look busy, with little follow-through or involvement in the day-to-day work. This lack of visibility and commitment made it really hard to get clear direction or timely feedback.

      low availabilty to grow, pay increase once a year, constant changes, lay off yearly
