If you're a a junior engineer, you get a decent compensation and a great package. It doesn't hurt that you also get a great Macbook to work comfortably.

Cons

If you're a senior, it's more tricky to navigate the hierarchy, sometimes product management is not very well aligned with the realistically possible in software.
