The product is amazing and the people are great and supportive. Anyone can find the negative if they look hard enough wherever they go. I have been here nearly 3 years and it is frustrating to hear people taking shots when they are looking at it from a narrow, many times selfish, perspective. I am sure that many of them were not outstanding employees for their prior employers either. All that is expected is that you come to work with a good attitude, do the right thing for our members and do our job. For that we are part of a great company that is growing and growing. We have wonderful benefits, very good leadership and the company gives us a piece of the company. If the company sets too high of a standard for you to meet, go find another company. I love this company and all they do. Leave us to set the standard.

I was sold a bill of good by management when I was enticed into working here. Literally nothing they told me ended up being true. I cannot think of a single "Pro."
