      Pros

      I’ve been working with Teladoc for a year now in the general medicine (urgent care) side, and it’s genuinely been one of the best career moves I’ve made. The flexibility and work-life balance are unmatched, and there’s solid support from physician leadership. You’re treated like a professional, not micromanaged—which makes a huge difference.

      Cons

      Honestly, I don’t have any major complaints. The EMR can be a bit clunky at times, especially during system upgrades, which can slow things down—but that’s more of a growing pain than a lasting issue. Otherwise, no real cons worth mentioning.

      Pros

      - Flexibility and Benefits - Impactful mission - Great colleagues

      Cons

      - Limited growth for certain departments - Complex internal setup; too many places for configuration. - Brand recognition is a barrier. People associate Teladoc with 'GenMed' when it is in fact SO much more than that. Teladoc has been trying to message this since 2020 and has not found a way to have this resonate with members or financial markets.
