      Working from home has its benefits; sometimes it's quite

      Internal communication is bad. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Some managers have no idea what they're doing; no leadership skills and lots of favoritism. Underpaid and understaffed and huge caseload and no room to grow. Of you're looking for a place to grow in your career, this is not the place.
