Decent salary and remote work friendly.

Cons

Culture is horrible, sales people's horrible behavior is constantly tolerated causing good people to quit. Definite power imbalances. It is a toxic place for the most part and while there are a lot of good people, those that are toxic and abusive go completely unchecked even though the organization is fully aware of the problem individuals.
