Remote work available, but company facing serious issues

Pros

Full-time remote work. Decent medical benefits.

Cons

Mass layoffs. The company is about to go bankrupt. Only hiring from India and Argentina for the last two years. No bonuses or salary increases or even stock shares for old employees. Also, stocks are worth nothing.

Pros

You work from home. Have a reasonable amount of time off.

Cons

The goal post for metrics continued to be moved to make it harder to even get bonuses. The only reason why it’s worth staying at the job is knowing that you can get a quarterly bonus and now that’s nearly impossible to reach. Metrics are dependent on member surveys, and we know those are subjective. Overwhelmed and burnt out with current caseload of 150 patients 10 patients per day. You’re forced to see patients outside of your scope of practice at least for the first visit and if the patient continues to schedule with you, you have to continue to see them. There’s no support for therapist, and there is no balance. You are overworked and burnt out and this job is exhausting to say the least.
