Pros

A lot of the employees are genuine good hard working people. Working with them and building projects and team work with them is truly wonderful. Its division directors and division presidents that will lie straight to your face.

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. Doesn't matter if you put in 40 hours during the day, expect to work nights with the offshore teams as well. Can't commit to every evening session? Expect to receive negative feedback about your "lack of commitment to the job". Have you been there for a year and never taken a sick day? Good. Because if you take even 1, you will get a phone call with a 45 minute lecture about how you don't take your job seriously. You will get in trouble for actions that happened 3 weeks ago or more. Team members were even wrote up for actions that happened in the past but were then let go a week after the write up for "no improvement within the month of the write up". So much deception. An entire division was lied too and let go. Not just one employee. "Budget cuts" and people get laid off, but enough money to remodel the entire building and bring in fancy gadgets. The whole situation is just shady and deceptive.

Bad Management

Pros

* Decent Pay * Decent systems (everything was ok managed on that end) * Ability to move up

Cons

* Office politics, to the point it was almost high school like. * Management was the single cause of all it. * If you spoke with someone on the phone, but didn't get it in an email, well it might as well has never happened as far as anyone else is concerned. * Everyone has this favorite group, and their least favorite group and they actively try to push their favorite over the others...it was literally competition internally and not in the productive way. * The higher ups were less concerned about our side of the company and barely every made a presence. In fact I have never even seen the CEO no matter how many times I went to HQ.
