Pros

1.Stable job, they don't easily let go of people as long as you work diligently and be able to get along well with others. 2. Good medical plan, ok 401K plan and ESOP 3. You can always take on new projects if you want. 4. Good changes, ambitious to grow their business 5. Nice people to work with.

Cons

1. Not value employee training and internal learning and growth. They like you to take on new projects and learn by yourself but they provide so little reward for what you achieved. No real career path for experience staff. It's better if you come in as a highly experienced management role or new graduate. 2. Heavy work load. Also, those good changes may make you work overtime. 3. No real sense of trust or respect of your internal gained experience 4. Flexibility of work depends on departments. 5. It now becomes big-headed organization. Lots of management with big title only work for "high level" work. Those time consuming works go to you if you don't have big title.

Telamon Response

Thank you for your review! We have increased our size in employees, business units, and acquisitions, so it is great to hear that our company has maintained that small company vibe that you speak of. In the last 10 years, we have attained 4 new business units. That’s a lot! Every day, our employees work diligently within their business units to improve capabilities, and innovate new ideas, plans, and execution of business. However, we recognize that “fragmented-culture” does exist in some ways, but we are making strong strides to cultivate the Telamon name, and continuously improve our efforts as one unified organization. We welcome any additional feedback as we make more profound initiatives in developing our organization further. Thank you!

Pros

I just started at Telamon and so far I feel like they have a lot to offer. I see a lot of potential for growth within many different departments and have a positive outlook for this company. Low turnover and pretty stable.

Cons

Culture could be a little more lively.
