Telamon's original mission was great, not so much.

Cons

Hostile work environment, upper management ignores employees' complaints. Wasteful spending of taxpayers money, the people who needs assistance get crumbs, most of the money they receive goes to salaries, conferences and unnecessary equipment. They treat their employees terribly, everyone works like they are walking on egg shells.

Pay, Helping the Public, "Training Trips", Experience.

Cons

Poor management. no advancement opportunities, no training. I was told to read a manual and do the work, the manual changed 5 times within a year. NO assistance or support from state office. Miles and miles run on personal vehicle, over 30,000 in a years time. Recruitment is insane. Constant threats and very hostile working environment.
