Great place for Spanish as a second lang. speakers to improve their skills, great scholarship opportunities, & was able to teach preschool while still working towards BA degree, field trips every month, monthly shopping list for teacher's for your class supplies.

Cons

Too many people in management positions lacking any Early Childhood Education experience, many mean girl cliques to avoid, and very little official planning time for teachers (but that's pretty much every teaching gig right?)

Stable work environment, some flexibility in the work schedule to allow for a work life balance. Work process never changes. The do things as they have always done because it works and don't ask questions

Cons

Bad management to employee communication and adverse to change.
