      Pros

      Everyone in leadership roles mean the best for the company and its employees. Very, very minimal drama, no toxic attitudes now. Prior Dirs. and VPs who were toxic were excused from the organization.

      Cons

      Competing priorities among the leadership team makes it very difficult for SMEs and Managers to execute necessary changes to the organization.

      Great environment to grow and learn from managers and leaders who care for their people. Highly intelligent, skilled professionals who shows empathy, respect, and team collaboration to get the job done right.

      Cons

      The nature of healthcare industry and ever-increasing demands of regulatory requirements can make risk mitigation very challenging. This in any medical device company and certainly not isolated to Teleflex.
