C levels have no idea what is happening on the sales floor. Exorbitant amounts of admin work. No loyalty and sinking culture

- Poor leadership. I saw my lead on Facebook everyday whenever he was in the clean room. - Upon request of going someplace else to help departments when we had nothing to do for several hours on end was forced to stay in the same area regardless of phones being available within each station. - Not able to plead your case whatsoever in regards to going to a department. - Seems to punish their employees for any coworker complaint in regards to safety and a problematic employee. (Was only fired after threatening a lead) - Went from eight hours five days a week to four days and ten hours a week which doesn’t allow free time for employees they get so exhausted from this type of schedule they fall asleep constantly to no fault of their own because they aren’t allowed to go anywhere else. - They keep employees who over a period of time no longer go by the requirements or conditions. Had a trainer constantly falling asleep while training me. And would get corrected by other trainers in regards to the previous trainer not training correctly.
