Pros

Very people-focused environment. The values are lived and breathed across the company. There are many great people to work with and have been incredible development opportunities

Cons

Salary and benefits are OK but there is always room for improvement to be as competitive as possible

Pros

Depending on where you work plenty of overtime if you’re into that.

Cons

Not sure if the same goes for the office staff but you only get one 30 min break. You don’t have to clock out since the company pays for it. Just a heads up if you’re looking to work here. It was a surprise to hear at orientation. The work life balance is terrible. I personally overheard the supervisor say to one of the leads that they were denying someone the yearly raise because the employee didn’t work as much overtime. I myself as well as others employees work 6 days a week (counting OT), some even work up to 12 hours a day and it never seems like it’s enough. One holiday weekend I couldn’t come in on Saturday because I was going away for the long weekend. The supervisor brought one of the leads along to try to guilt/intimidate me and my coworkers. Asking how we felt knowing that the production line would be behind on work because we weren’t coming in. I am not required to come in on weekends. If your management plan relies on your employees coming in for overtime just to get the work out, honestly that sounds like bad management and bad planning on their part. Not “bad, lazy” employees. Not to mention it’s probably costing the company extra paying overtime every week. I don’t have an MBA but I’m guessing that’s not good for the company. Also the culture here is kind of toxic between the office staff and the clean room employees. HR sadly plays a huge role in reinforcing this. Some office staff are kind because they’re decent people. But there are some who go out of their way to be condescending and treat you as if you’re dumb. I’m almost finished working towards my degree but even after I graduate there is nothing I gain by being cruel to people I work with just because they aren’t college educated. It’s hard to move up or between departments. They will literally ignore your application and hire someone from outside instead of letting you move elsewhere. They’d rather keep you where you are just because it’s more convenient for them and “you’re good at that job”.

Lack of transparency

Pros

The company as an entity has a wide range of products divided into multiple business units. This would be a good place to start as a new rep.

Cons

From leadership through middle management to the sales force, there is a complete lack of transparency. The communication I had from my manager was very poor. I felt completely isolated and unsupported. The company claims to support DEI. This seems to only apply to the LGBTQ community, not to minorities or females.
